We want you to partner with CitableHub with total confidence. That is why every Partner branch purchase is protected by a 7-day money-back guarantee. This page explains exactly how that guarantee works, what is covered, and how to request a refund.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a CitableHub Partner branch (Co-Branded or White-Label) and decide it is not right for you, request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase and we will return 100% of what you paid. No long forms, no hard feelings.

1. The 7-Day Guarantee (Partner Branches)

The Partner Program is a one-time purchase that gives you your own fully-managed, hosted CitableHub branch. It is covered as follows:

  • You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, for any reason.
  • Approved refunds return 100% of the amount you paid to your original payment method.
  • The guarantee applies to both Co-Branded and White-Label branch tiers, including founding-price purchases.
  • Once refunded, your branch is deactivated and any associated hosting, subdomain, and configuration are released.

2. After the Guarantee Window

Because a Partner branch is a fully-managed, hosted product that we provision, host, and maintain on your behalf:

  • Purchases become non-refundable after the 7-day window has passed.
  • The one-time Partner fee is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges to cancel and no commissions taken from your branch.
  • If you ever wish to wind down your branch after the guarantee window, contact us and we will help you offboard, but the original fee is non-refundable.

3. What the Guarantee Does Not Promise

The money-back guarantee protects your purchase — it is not a guarantee of business outcomes:

  • We do not guarantee specific traffic, revenue, sign-ups, or AI-citation outcomes for your branch.
  • Citability scores, rankings, and completeness metrics are calculated algorithmically and may change over time.
  • Your results depend on the niche you choose, the projects you list, and the effort you put into growing your branch.

4. GQI Boost & Other Paid Services

GQI Boost is a separate one-time visibility enhancement and is not covered by the 7-day branch guarantee. Boost purchases are handled as described in our Terms of Service (Section 5). For any Boost refund inquiry, contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund within the guarantee window is simple:

  • Email [email protected] (or use our contact page) within 7 days of purchase.
  • Include the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, your order or receipt reference.
  • We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days and process approved refunds promptly to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
